Cancellations made 17 days before the conference start date are eligible
for a full refund minus a $100 administrative fee.

Cancellations made within 30 days are
non-refundable, but can be transferred to a future event.

Refunds will be processed during the
second week after the conference concludes.
Important: No refunds in case of force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, etc.). Fees will be transferred to future events.
