Understand our refund and cancellation terms clearly
At Nexora Summits we understand that plans may change, and we strive to maintain a fair and transparent refund and cancellation process for all attendees. Please review the policy below for complete details regarding cancellations, refunds, and substitutions.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to the Conference Secretary.
Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the conference start date are eligible for a full refund, minus administrative fee.
Cancellations made within 45 days of the conference start date are non-refundable. However, the registration may be transferred to a future edition of the conference.
All approved refunds will be processed during the second week following the conclusion of the conference.
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another attendee at no additional cost, provided that you give notice at least 7 days prior to the event.
In the unlikely event that Nexora Summits reschedules or cancels the event, all registered attendees will be given the option to receive:
A full refund, or
A credit toward a future event of equal value.
We will notify all participants promptly if any such changes occur.
Nexora Summits is not responsible for refunds or damages if the event is canceled or postponed due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
Natural disasters
Pandemics
Political unrest
Government restrictions
Other unforeseeable emergencies
In such cases, Nexora Summits will make every effort to reschedule the event or provide credit for future participation.
