Cancellation Policy
Participants who do not attend the conference without prior cancellation are not eligible for a refund.
If the conference is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., force majeure, government restrictions), registered participants will receive a full refund of the registration fee. The organizers are not responsible for travel or accommodation expenses.
Registered participants may transfer their registration to another person by notifying the organizers at least 7 days before the event.
Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days.
